Senior-level help without a monthly commitment.
Not every situation calls for an ongoing engagement.
See if we're a good fit →Sometimes you know exactly what you need: a marketing audit before you commit to a bigger investment, a messaging overhaul, a second opinion on an agency proposal, or help getting a specific system set up. You don't need a monthly retainer. You need a clear scope, a start, and a finish.
Custom projects are also a good fit if you're earlier in your growth, working with a smaller marketing budget, or just want to test the fit before committing to an ongoing program.
See the Pricing page for typical project ranges.
Common project types
Marketing audit and roadmap.
A deep look at what you're doing today, what's working, what isn't, and a prioritized plan for the next 6 months. This is the most common starting point for builders who have marketing in motion but no clear strategy connecting it all.
Website launch oversight.
You're redesigning or rebuilding your website and want someone who understands builder marketing to guide the messaging, structure, SEO foundation, and launch plan. I don't do the development, but I make sure the people who do are building something that actually converts.
Positioning and messaging.
Clarifying who you're for, what you do, and how you talk about it, across your website, intake, and sales materials. Good for builders who need to move upmarket, add a service line, or just sound like themselves instead of every other builder in town.
Lead follow-up and intake redesign.
Rebuilding the path from first inquiry to first real conversation. Forms, scripts, qualification criteria, and follow-up sequences that filter the right people in and the wrong ones out. This is where most remodelers are leaking the most money and don't realize it.
RevOps strategy.
Aligning your marketing, sales, and operations into one connected system. CRM setup, pipeline stages, lead routing, handoff processes, and reporting that ties marketing activity to signed contracts and revenue.
AI automation and integration.
Advising on how to use AI tools in your marketing and operations, building automations that save your team time, and integrating AI into your existing workflows. I use these tools daily and can help you figure out what's worth adopting and what's just noise.
Vendor evaluation and hiring.
Finding, vetting, and briefing the right specialists for SEO, ads, content, web, or video. I help you choose well, brief them clearly, and set up the relationship so it works from day one.
Strategy call.
A single focused session when you need a senior perspective on a specific problem. Bring a question about job mix, positioning, a budget decision, or an agency proposal, and leave with clear priorities and next steps. US$549.
This isn't an exhaustive list. If you have a project in mind that doesn't fit neatly into one of these, reach out and we can scope it together.
How it works
We start with a conversation about what you're trying to accomplish. From there I put together a scope, timeline, and price. Most custom projects run between 2 and 8 weeks depending on complexity. You'll know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it's done before we start.
If the project leads to a bigger conversation about ongoing support, we can talk about the Marchitect or Design-Build programs at that point. But there's no pressure to do so. A lot of clients start here and that's exactly the right move for them.
